At JBF, our goal is to bring together over 300 sellers and thousands of shoppers in one exciting weekend—so you can skip the marketplace no-shows, haggling, and hassle of failed online meetups and garage sales. You can drop off hundreds of items all at once and enjoy a clutter-free home, while we do the selling for you.


To make this happen, we cover major costs like venue rental, utilities, retail fixtures and cash register equipment, advertising, labor, storage, and transportation—just to name a few. Seller fees help us cover these expenses so we can continue creating a well-organized event that draws big crowds.
