Drop-off is complete…now it’s time to CASH IN! One of the most fun (and addicting) parts of selling with JBF is tracking your sales LIVE online. Yep, you read that right - you can login to your tagging account anytime throughout week to see your current sales and estimated consignor check 🥳
LOOK FOR PAYMENT IN YOUR EMAIL
Once the sale is complete, you can expect to receive your payment via e-check within 14 days. Your check will be delivered via email and the subject line will read, “Here's your check from Kidovations Modern Marketplace”. If you do not see this email come through, make sure to check your spam, promotions, and trash folders in your email.
When you receive this email, open and click the link to retrieve your check. If you have not used Deluxe before, you will need to create an account. Once you are logged into Deluxe, you will be able to choose how you would like to receive your funds…printed check, direct deposit, etc.

- Print your check on any letter-sized sheet of paper (no special ink or paper is required). The full check will print, including account numbers, check number, check amount, etc. You can print in color or b/w. It doesn't affect your check in any way. If you have a Macintosh computer, you need to select the "fit to scale" option when printing or the routing number will be cut off.
- Endorse the back of the check by signing it.
- Checks can be cashed at any WestStar Banklocation, or deposit this check as you would any other check via ATM, mobile banking, or in person at your local branch. (After using mobile deposit, please write DEPOSITED on your check for your records.)
PRO TIP: Bring the entire check print-out to the bank!
Some bank tellers may have never seen an emailed check or they have a “bank policy” about not accepting them. If this happens to you, Deluxe checks has included important information on the full page of the check. Deluxe will walk through any issues with the bank - so don’t hesitate to ask the teller to call them.
For easy record keeping, if you donated any items you can print your unsold items report from the tagging site. Items donated will have a checkmark in the "donate" column. If you need a donation letter, please email us and we will send you one.
